VAAS Studio OS
VAAS Studio OS is the operating system and client portal VAAS uses to run video production for our clients. Clients sign in to follow their projects, review cuts, send feedback, and read a monthly report on how the videos we made for them are performing.
What the app does
- Tracks each video project from brief to delivery, with the current step and who it is waiting on.
- Collects review feedback on each cut in one place.
- Prepares a monthly performance read for each client: how their videos did and what to make next.
Connecting YouTube (optional)
Clients can choose to connect their own YouTube channel from their portal. The connection asks Google for one read-only permission, YouTube Analytics (yt-analytics.readonly), so the monthly report can show how long people watched each video and how often its thumbnail was clicked, instead of view counts alone.
With that permission VAAS Studio OS reads per-video watch time, average percentage viewed, views, thumbnail impressions and click-through rate, and, for a small number of unusual videos, where their views came from. It never uploads, edits, deletes or comments on anything, and it cannot see private videos or account details.
The data is shown only to the client it belongs to and to the VAAS team working on their videos. It is never sold, never shared between clients, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. A client can disconnect at any time from their portal; we then revoke access at Google and delete every figure that came from the connection.
